Help assessing 12 banknotes for a visually impaired couple

Post by drdcmartin » Fri Nov 02, 2018 10:59 am

Greetings one and all and thank for taking the time to review this post.

First, let me just say that I hope you'll forgive me if I've posted this in the wrong place.

My wife and I recently inherited a small series of banknotes (12 in all). While we've done some research in an attempt to figure out whether they're any more valuable than their face value, we're both visually impaired and are unable to tell whether any of the 12 include important details like the 'devils' face'.

I realize that assessing quality may be difficult with a simple scanned image, but any information on their quality and value would be so greatly appreciated.

If anyone is willing to look them over and can give me an email/place to upload the images, we'd really appreciate it. We tried attaching the images to this post, but they're too large, and once reduced, of too poor quality...

Thanks very much,
David

On this same site, but a different section, is a "buy, sell, trade" forum. You can post your images there. Just go to the "buy, sell, trade" forum and hit "new post". You will see a link above the message that says "img" .. that is where you would attach your photos. I'm not into banknotes, so I can't help you with what's what. This CoinsandCanada site is normally not very active. I would go to this site: https://www.coincommunity.com/forum/for ... RUM_ID=166
