1986 $2 bill - value?

There is someone local that is trying to sell this online for an exorbitant price ($250)... do they know something I don't? What would the value be?
Nothing special that I can see, only worth face value.
There were over 210 Million of that series printed alone.
Have seen this many times when seller asks a ridiculous
price to see if someone that doesn't know better will purchase it.
It only takes one.
