Value or any comments what this might be?

I got this a while back with what looks like a misprint from maybe a 10 dollar bill at the bottom left. Anyone know if this is common and if there might be any possible value here. Thanks.

If it’s on both sides of the bill, I would think ink from a pen.

No it is only on one side and clean on the other side. There are too many fine lines and shading for anyone to do that with a pen. Thanks for your input

I meant more like someone spilled ink onto the bill from something, not actually writing on it with a pen, at least that’s what it looks like to me.
It is just my uneducated opinion, my interest lies mainly with coinage. There are others here that know paper money very well though, hopefully they can help you with this.
