Good Evening everyone. This is my first post and I am happy to be here.
Can anyone enlighten me as to if a 4 digit solid on a $1 modified 1954 bill would have some added value?
What if it was also within the *BM no FPN grouping?
Seems my Dad held on to this bill but I am not sure he even knows the slightest about it.
