1954 Canadian one dollar bill

Can someone help me out? I have this bill but there is no serial number to check it. Is it counterfeit? I was wondering

Looks like it was for a long time in washing/drying machine which can remove serials on these notes.

Finally opened the file.
Besides the numbers being bleached out, it has the wrong signature for a Devils Face.
Take it to a bank and see if you can get a dollar for it. They might not accept it though
with no serial numbers.
