Best book on Canadian coins

Postby shagan » Thu Mar 14, 2013 7:01 pm

I have collected US coins for over 50 years but am new to Canadian coins. I'd like to get a book to begin to learn more. Any recommendations as to the best book on Canadian coins?

You can't go wrong with the annual Charlton book for circulating coinage. The Haxby and Whitmen books are also very good. Join the Canadian Numismatic Assoc and get the CN Journal every month with the membership.. Also get the Canadian Coin News.... subscribe.
