Does anyone know where I can sell or grade these coins near Sarnia, they all have doubling

Without a closer look, they look like machine/mechanical doubling or die deterioration doubling. It is a curiosity and an error collector may be interested, but who knows.

Definitely needs clearer photos
The 55D looks like may have doubled 1
69s doesn’t seem the major ddo as you would still be able to see the Liberty double even in your photos
The 66 D is one you would need better pic to determine but not much value either way
Check the price charts if you determine you have doubled dies of their worth and as to grading In circulated condition

Need clearer photos for sure. I don't think that any are DDO or DDR. Check out this article by one of the recognized experts, as well as the links at the bottom of the article. They are all neat coins and oddities, but very little to put in your wallet.
