The Prince is here

Post by calaltaca » Mon Dec 10, 2018 9:36 pm

I am a newbie as well to this discussion board. I have however been a follower of C&C for a few years. It has bee my bible when it comes to my favourite hobby. The reason I am now joining the panel is because I have to start disposing of my extensive collection, as I am planning on moving, and I would like to sell to fellow enthusiasts- not dealers. I have everything from high to low end. Bills and coins. Here is a short list of the premium items:
Bills:
1917 - Dominion of Canada 1.00 - No Seal- Saunders. A series - Serial # U-506753-Absolutley MINT condition are no flaws in this bill. Edges/corners all perfect. No fold/creases/stains etc.
1923 - Dominion of Canada 1.00 - McCavour/Sanders. Bronze Seal. Group 1. Series P - F12. Serial # P-132373
1935 - Bank of Canada 1.00 - Two consecutive notes. English B. Osbourne/Towers. CUNC. Serial# B3978856 & 57
1935- Bank of Canada 10.00 - Osbourne/Towers. English. Serial #A914119

1937 - Bank of Canada - 1.00 - Ten consecutive notes. Wide Panel. English B. Gordon/Towers. CUNC Serial# K/L
8100264 - 8100273.
Coins:
THE PRINCE - 1921 nickel. Graded A/U 50 by PCGS. That's all I need to say.
!973 - Large Bust sets - 2 complete Proof sets and 1 Specimen.
1858- Canadian 20 cent. VF 20
1925 Canadian 1 cent. AU
1912 Canadian 5.00 Gold. XF
American Gold
1852 - 1.00 VF
1836 - 1/4 Eagle 2.5 dollar - F15
1854 - 3.00 VF
1873 - 1.00 - Open 3 - die break on obverse - XF
1928 - 2.5 dollar - XF
1905 - 2. 5 dollar AU
I am just listing a very few of what I have. These are the key items, but I have a lot more. If you are looking fo something in specific, please ask. Have lots of large cents, silver dollars etc. Sorry, no 936 dot penny or 1921 50 cent
Thanks

Hello, thanks for viewing my post. No, I wish I did have one. Was there any one in particular you were looking for -Halifax etc. I may know someone who does, if you would like me to see.

I am always interested in pre 1954 Canadian Banknotes. I have only been collecting paper money for a couple of years and would like to see some pics and I can make some offers.

Thanks for the response. Just got back from Xmas holidays and my camera konked out on me. Have to get a new one and I can send pics. Give me a couple days and I can give you at least a full listing of my pre 1954's and what I would like to achieve from them.
