I'm trying to find some information on a quarter I found CRH it is a 1991 silver. Does anyone have a good site for finding weights and Amy minted?

There are no 1991 Silver Quarters. They are made of Nickel.
The weight is 5.05g and there was 459,000 minted.

I understand that there were no quarters issued for circulation, but I was wondering if there's silver quarters is a set that someone might have "cashed" in, as this quarter is silver sounds like silver looks like silver is not magnetic and weight is different that the other 1991 quarters I have.

As far as I know, the Mint did not start putting silver quarters in their sets until 1996.
If you can weigh it, it should weigh about 5.9g if it is silver.
