King George Struck Through FO

Been going through the old pennies, Found this big guy in an old box.

1950 King George VI Canada 1 Cent
- Struck through Object
- Filling or accumulation below the chin
- Is that die damage on the rim near "REX"?
- Having trouble identifiying the error above "1" on reverse

Love to get an idea of its value, or if anyone has seen one similar.

If anyone can point to a error value guide or blue book, it would be much appreciated.
