1996 Canadian Toonie

I have a 1996 Toonie that is all nickel can any one in the coin world tell me the best grader, what it might be
worth.
I found it in my change about 10 years ago.
Whatever you can all tell me I would appreciate

The toonie should be bi-metallic .. nickel on the outside ring and a copper alloy core(w/polar bear). Are you saying that it is all solid nickel? Can you send a photo?

I think that the complete thread on the CCF forum should tell you all you need to know. No one will be able to tell you anything definitive unless they have the actual coin in hand. Send a PM (email) on the CCF forum to SPP. He is in constant touch with the toonie guru (t_y) in Ottawa. Spp can XRF (zap) it to tell you what the composition is and t_y will tell you what it really is. Neither comes to this site.
