Hi Jack,
Have you any better pictures then the ones you posted.
Where did you ever come up with a price of $3500?
Suggest you look at the trends and you will see that the Lawson Bouey are trending at $1300 each. That is the price a dealer may be asking. Selling privately very rarely will get the same price.
A dealer, if these are really unc's might offer $1075 - 1150 range, if that.
Unfortunately as I said, your pictures are very poor, however when I downloaded them and tried to look at them closer it appears to me that the first banknote is possibly only a soft unc or AU. There appears to be 2 soft creases on it, however once again that might be from the poor pictures.
About a year and half back a friend sold 5 consec unc's for $1275 each.
Good luck in your attempt to sell and if you find a sucker, oops I mean interested buyer that offers anything close to your asking price grab it quick and put in the bank immediately before they change their mind.

offered 2800 so far...
Re: FS Two 1954 Modified Portrait 1000 Notes Consec.
agreed.. you should take that money and run! I've seen more of these go to the bank than in collector's hands
Re: FS Two 1954 Modified Portrait 1000 Notes Consec.
So did you listen to Shylo and me take the $2800 and go straight to the bank or did the person change their mind?
Or are you still holding on to them and dreaming of a big score?
