It looks to me like some minor MD, but the problem with the G appears to be from being hit/gouged.

You should keep it as a "nice find", but the cert costs would far outweigh what it would ever be worth in 2 lifetimes. I don't think that any TPG would even consider MD as anything more than a very common variety and never as an error. You have a good eye to see that anomaly.
