Ok, I think I might understand. Let me ask this. Would 9008009 be considered a rotator radar because it still reads as a radar by flipping it. Ex: 9008009 when flipped reads 6008006. Correct??

Hi, It's been a while since I've been on this site but I'm wondering if 8099908 would be considered a Rotator Radar or just a Radar? I read somewhere that you need a 0 or 8 in the middle for the rotator part of this.
