There are no BEADS on a 1964 Nickel, there are denticles.
The first beads on a Nickel were introduced in 1965.

As stated a clear photo of both sides is required so we are not guessing.
Also doubling and detached jewel would be a variety, not an error, big difference.

There are a few here that are interested in errors.

However it happened, it was after it, left the mint.
You could make some yourself with red nail polish.

If it is a Struck Through, which I am only surmising by that photo, then it would
be a minor error, not all that uncommon.

Not sure where you see the missing chrome error, it has to

First, a Doubled Die is not an error, it is a variety, big difference.
Also what you have is not a Doubled Die, it is Machine / Mechanical Doubling, a worthless type of doubling.
Your photography is very good, you can see all the detail which is what we need.
