I think for it to be a small bead there should be enough room between beads to insert another bead, looks like a large bead to me.

Re: 2002 dot H value
Yes I believe it’s a die chip but it’s listed as a variety on this wed site at least. And appears to have a good premium in value if it was in better shape.
Sorry about the poor picture but I’m hoping I can improve things with practice.

Re: 5$ gold coin is it real
I knew I would get a answer here, thanks guys
Truly a shame that it’s damaged that bad. Looks like there were only a few minted of that year.
And thanks lightw4re for getting the picture up for everyone.

5$ gold coin is it real
Iv notice an auction site with a Canadian $5 gold coin dated 1911. This website only shows a 1912-13-14
The obverse and reverse on the 1911 look the same as the 12-13-14
Is this coin real???
Or is it real and it’s just not a coin showing on this website??

Re: $2 Devil Face Notes
My first go to for finding value of coins or paper currency is as Nota_phil pointed out , is this website but you have to go beyond that, eBay is good if you check both what is being asked along with what has been sold in the past. As well there are always auction company’s with on line coin and cur...

Re: 1965 dime corrosion
In my opinion. Do what ever you would like to do. I agree with not cleaning a coin if it is a true collectable coin but seeing your coin I would say it was probably taken from circulation. If so I would bet it has been in a pocket and that would mean it has already been rubbed by cloth. I can’t see ...

Re: Package Error - Charles III First Strike Uncirculated Set
Is it possible that the dime was placed in the system by some one at the mint before packaging, could make for a good marketing strategy. I’m just a old guy running scenario through my head.

Re: I think i might have found a gold mine
If you get the coins you want at a price you’re happy with then who can say it’s wrong. If you expect to make money at coin collecting then you might not be doing it correctly. Far be it from me to say how to go about it , I see something I like and if I can afford it I buy it knowing full well I pr...
