It’s a fantastic bill if authentic, listen to the dealer and get it certified.
They will grade it, plus it lets you show buyers that it’s the real deal, which grows your potential audience and that will command a higher premium.

Unlikely that happened during printing, even if it did, I doubt it would add any value, probably detract because it’s not very appealing to look at.

The low serial number adds value, but the ink mark someone added detracts from it. Search EBay for like bills to get an idea of value.

I would keep them in the original cellophane wrap, they are all red because it kept the air out. If you plan on putting them into flips and are using the staple kind, be careful not to puncture the cellophane doing so. Why do you want to put them in flips? It seems that they have survived just fine ...

You may be right coinguy, as I have never sent a coin to be graded. I am going by what I have read on PCGS about grading and colour, strike, surface, etc.

A brown cent can still be graded ms70, the colour is designated after the grade. A full mint red cent will hold greater value with collectors because that’s how it looked when it left the mint. Look at your own collection, you will have far fewer, if any, red cents compared to brown, which makes the...
