I can't find a match for the signature pair/ HNB prefix on the serial number, and the 'finder' gives me an error. Can anyone shed light on this? Is it an unusual variety or a glitch in the system? Hi, I'm unclear on what the 'design' designation indicates in the 1946 50 cent piece. ngccoin.com calls it 'hoof in 6' which mine looks like it has, but I've also seen other references to a chip or die crack. I'd appreciate any opinions. Thanks!
