I'm new at coin and note collecting. So I have 2 notes with the S/N prefix HCK and signatures Macklem/Poloz but cant find that prefix any where so i would appreciate any information possible Thks

New to collecting coins ands notes and would like any opinion on this note. Is it not centered correctly as the bottom looks like its not even with the top . The bottom shows wear as if was that way from issue Any info would be helpful
