And thanks bill, the only depression is the date itself, and below it. I agree it is pmd, just wondered how this intricate little piece of work was done, without damaging the date.

Going through some lesser quarters and spotted this. Hard to describe, the field is filled to the exact height of the antler and back, and connects them.Between this and top edge of the date is a depression, from about the front of the 9 to the 7. Grading cents

How are higher grade (ms 60+) one cent coins affected by full red to red/brown? Can a mostly brown cent be limited as how high it can be graded? Thanks in advance.
