Hi guys. I'm looking buying a bank bundle of 100 of these. But the auction says that the numbers are not consecutive. Does that make sense to anyone? Why wouldn't they be consecutive?

Hi. I've purchased a 1954 $1 note that is designated as a test note. It's really cool. You can see the square almost see through spots. It was described as an early polymer test.
Does anyone have any information on this? There is nothing noted anywhere.
