No picture needed, yes that would count as a waterline if it is touching the canoe. A true Arnprior has 2 1/2 waterlines with no sign of the waterline touching the canoe. Weak strike. Either the die details wore flat or it didn't get struck hard enough to form the high points. The multiply plated steel junk is hard to strike. Just look how low they had to make the relief of charles to get good impressions.
