Sorry for the simple question. But if I have a roll of 50 cent pieces in the mint paper roll, what value category do these fall into? Is it Mint State or Not for Circulation? I assume the values on this site are per coin in either case?

Would a note with offset printing such as this increase or decrease the value of the bill? The back of the bill is for the most part centered.

If PMG or any grading service grades a note as Choice Fine 15, for example, and they comment “stain”, does the stain factor into the grade? Or is is the note valued less than another same note graded 15 with no stain?

Can anyone tell me more about why there is a black and white proof? And possibly the value?
Legacy has graded it and lists it as Charlton 360-24-02P.
My Charleton 2020 edition doesn't have this item and I see this website doesn't either.
