Hello everyone. Was just looking for opinions on if this is considered Die Grooves on the obverse on the word Charles. I see a 10-cent coin from 2001 showing what looks to be the same variety.

Looking through the Tim Hortons change, I found a 10 cent piece that has a significant amount of build up in the legend. The scan does not do it justice.
