1943 Tombac

Picked this up a while back thought it was probably post mint damage but looking at it closer today I noticed what appears to be a cud on the A. Any thoughts on what could cause this?

Re: Unreal.....

I was curious so I checked out ebay. The 2009 Specimen set with the Blue Heron loonie, latest set sold for $60. Individual coins not including 1 cent which I couldn't find as sold for a total of $65.75 with the Blue Heron loonie selling for $43. My guess is that the only way to get these is from a s...

Re: Apps or Software to keep track of individual coins and sets

I purchased a database program a few years back (Coin Organizer Deluxe), it is good for all your info and photos but is a lot of work. I have some coins entered but as troubadour says Microsoft Excel is easy to set up and can be modified down the road.

Re: 2004 First French Settlement Privy Available in Proof?

Coins of Canada 2019 37th Ed. shows 2 coins in Collector Coins section, one with Fleur du Lis privy and says both coins are Proof but I have never seen one other than specimen.

Re: 1937 Canadian $5

Thanks for the info Bushman74. I shipped it off to BCS yesterday. It does have some rippling of the bottom edge and a very slight crease in the centre so it probably won't get graded too high. Re your email message: I'm in Stettler, don't get to Calgary often and had commitments last weekend so I mi...
