I also have this 1975 dime, ive seen doubling in the DG Regina and the date of the reverse and seems a lot of dots in the 10 Cents also the center not sure if that happen during the mint so l just wanted to know more about this coin and l really appreciate if any inputs and observation may get from ...

Ok, Thanks guys for the info, so it means not an error? just wondering how thats hole came from coz that coin just came from the roll , so for this case is that a moisture that creates n hole and a rust?
