Re: Pre-1966 Pennies
I would say it depends on far back the dates go. Are they just Queen Elisabeth's? If so then in circulated condition they are probably worth 2 1/2 cents each for copper value. The chance of finding any errors are slim as they have probably been looked over. If there are any King George V & VI cents,...

Re: 1983-D US Penny?
The new pictures do not change the fact that it is a badly damaged coin. As I stated in my previous post, there are only certain things that can happen to a coin while in the striking chamber that can cause an error and that is not one of them. If you truly believe you have something special, spend ...

Re: 1983-D US Penny?
Same answer as the other Forum you posted this on. Just a badly damaged coin.
There is no possible way that could happen during the striking of the coin.

Re: 1982 D small date ...Copper... maybe..
To me that looks like because of the rough surface that it may be copper plated zinc coin.
You are going to have to weigh it with a scale that goes to two decimal points as there are tolerances on the
cents that have to be taken into consideration.

Re: 2006 Canadian penny ?
That is what is called a Texas cent. It is created by putting a copper plated cent between two pieces of leather and beating it with a mallet expanding the zinc core . The copper plating does not expand as much as the zinc and breaks and falls off leaving a larger zinc core. Because it is larger, it...

Your going to have to get a scale that goes to two decimal points and we need a closeup of the coin.
Hard to tell with that small picture.

I guess you could consider it as attached. It looks like a die chip that is causing them to be attached.

Re: 1953 One Dollar SF SWL with Die Break on 'GRATIA'
The "DEI GRATIA REGINA" is a common area for die cracks on a lot of the silver dollars. Charlton has that area listed as varieties on six different Queen Elizabeth Dollars.

Re: Is this an error? One dot is twice the size of the other in D.G.
Not what I would call an error, more of a die event. Anytime you increase the size of a coin that much, you can almost always find some minor anomoly. Don't forget coins are produced at high speed for production and not for quality. Do away with the microscope and get a loupe. If you can't see anyth...

The only 1876 cents without an H that I know are the Specimen cents.

Agree with GBELEC
Where did you get your dates from? The original $5.00 was printed between 2001 and 2005.
The upgraded security issue started printing in 2006.
What are the signatures and prefixes on your bills. Also it would help if you could supply photos

Re: 1935 un-used silver dollar is this an error and what is the value?
When you say un-used, I think you mean Mint State or uncirculated which is the proper terminology. Also as stated, your coin has been both cleaned and circulated so there is not too much value over bullion. There are just too many of them out there in uncirculated condition. At one time I had 9 but ...
