1990 Canadian 5 cent with missing copper nickel alloy, and found missing piece

Found a 1990 5 cent piece. When I was inspecting it, a piece of chrome off the reverse side detached. Can someone tell me if anyone is interested in such a RARE case. Offers would be accepted to discuss.

Welcome to the Forum.
Interesting, it is a lamination that has detached but still retained the piece.
Also it is not chrome, it is a copper nickel alloy.
I’m sure someone who collects errors would be interested.
