Re: 1899 large cent
The 1899's are one of my favorite Vickies. Griffin listed 8 different repunches for the date, along with the size of the 9, maybe 2 different fonts, the spacings of the last 2 (independently), and slight cants, L & R. You can find either 9 repunched, sometimes both at once, and sometimes the 8 as well.. From the photo, I'd say it is Griffin GR-272:
"8 and 9 wider, 9 and 9 some wider. The 1st 9 is not so closed, but shows the more closed 9 to the right of the knob, and has been repunched, showing to the left. The 2nd 9 is a larger 9 with a hook in the knob. A die break after the A in Canada". I like this one, because you can plainly see the repunch both knob and loop. Griffin has it as a rarity 2. There are some R3-R5's in the 1899's, the higher R's being spacings and the R/P showing on the bottom.

Re: 1899 large cent
Should have asked about grade. I’m thinking it could grade a ef. 45
