While going through some of my old mint coin collection I came across a 2014 RCM $5 canadian maple privy silver coin with WMF ,and surprisingly noticed that the COA was #0001 out of #7500 mintage, I'm wondering if it makes the coin little more valuable being the first coin of the mintage ??? or was I just lucky enough to get #1 ???

That would not be the first coin minted, it is the first coin that was packaged.
The value would be in someone who likes to collect packaging, not in the coin.
