Ok so I need some help on this medal/token. I know it’s a 1967 Canada Centenary medal but where I’m lost is the fact that it’s not like the regular sized medal that weighs 14 grams. This weights close to 60 grams. I have looked and looked and got lucky to even find very little info on the 14 grams one let alone this 60 grams. Pleaseeeee Community any input, info, links to sites or your hidden book of gems you might have would go along way for helping me. Thank you very much.

Google is your friend.
Took less than 30 seconds to find these complete sets of both sizes

Well thank you for that link but i was more looking for info on the person who created it? Why it says Italy towards the bottom? If it’s silver plated? I’ve looked all over coins of canadas website and can’t find anything about it, not even the smaller versions. But again thank you for much for that link.

They are not silver plated, they are made of a copper nickel alloy.
Why the word Italy on them I don’t know but the whole series has that under the province.

Well, I see that it's up for sale on EBay by the OP. A medal like that, but Yukon, sold for $3 on Ebay or Etsy. It was part of a whole set for each Province's flower that is for sale for a little over $100.
