1945 Penny, Clipped Planchet

Found this clipped planchet while coin roll hunting a couple boxes I got from my local Canadian bank.

not sure that is a clipped planchet - post mint damage is what it looks like.

I have to agree
Look at the Obverse, you can see markings on the flattened rim, as if it had been squeezed with something.
On the reverse, the rim does not look like typical clip.

On the Rev, you can see a little of the damage from the rim onto the wheat stalk head. It's PMD
