1964 commemorative coin of 1st Beatles visit

Does anybody have any information on this coin I am having trouble researching . I have 2 . One is in Sealed wrapping and the other is exposed
It is not a coin, it is a commemorative token, issued when the Beatles came to the states in 1964.
It is probably one of several types issued that year. Perhaps a Beatles memorabilia collector would
be interested in it. Hard to put a value on something like this.
