Please crop your photos to enlarge them. You are not giving us much to go on.
As the other coins you have posted they are worth about face value in that condition.
They are known as pocket change coins and it would be hard to find a buyer.

One had a billion minted and the other 500 million. There is no value and each worth about 33 cets Cdn. They are just normal clad coinage with no collector value.

Agreed they are well circulated and not collectible varieties other than the “67” if it was a Special mint set “67” variety
For future agreed try to take clear photos and I would also suggest photo of the edge where it is important in grading of the US “quarter”
