I have these 1964s that I seen that there are some sms out there in the wild and well..,? I have questions on what makes them sms and how many are there out there ?
Well. I guess I need to know how to tell or identify

None are SMS, they are just part of the over 2 billion 600 million cents minted in Philadelphia that year.
If you are looking for SMS coins in the wild you are butting your head against a brick wall because once they are circulated, it is almost impossible to tell the difference plus the fact that there are only about 50 known.
The same can be said about the nickel.
