American 1.00$ star notes information please

Yeah I actually found this on the sidewalk coming home one day i was just going to give it away then luckily I noticed it was a star note . Can you please let me know if maybe I should have given it away or was this a lucky find ? Thanks again much appreciated 👍

Take it to the bank and they will give you about $1.30 for it
