I need help with these two 1992 Canada large cents. Are they OC-2 obverse also the N's in Regina are intact were as my other 1892 coins have the bottom of the N's broken. I also noticed the D's in Canada are doubled. What would the grades be and value if any. I know that's asking a lot to ask.

These are Obverse 3 coins, if you look at C in Canada its a marker and the heavy doubled chin
Re: 2-1992 Canada Large Cents
Also they are 1892, not 1992.

The BEST marker for the '92's is the long cross-bar verticals on the E's. All Obv 3's have complete N's. And the doubled creased chin/throat is always a give-away. This Obv is also known as the "mumps portrait" because it looks like she has the mumps, a common disease in the mid-late 20th centuries until vaccines, and I haven't heard about anyone getting it for decades

Any guess to grade and value?
Re: 2-1992 Canada Large Cents
The first one I'd say AU and the second VF
