Trouble finding chart of penny tolerances

Does anyone have a list of the tolerances used for Canadian coinage such as the one I have attached for US coinage?
Thanks for any leads/info.

Don’t know of a list like that but I do have the tolerances for CENTS

Copper cents- +-.112
Plated cents- +-.060

Hope this helps
