1978 1 Cent Reverse struck through Grease on 100% of flan.

This is the most complete covering of grease that i have ever seen. 100% of the reverse's surface is rough and the strike is the complete surface.

Not a 100% Struck Through Grease. If it was the devices would not be showing.
This is an example of a 100% greaser on both sides.

Can’t tell by photos supplied. They are too dark and pixilated.
From what I can see though, it appears like some sort of damage.
