Need help with Obverse is it #2 #3 or #4 Thank you.

It doesn't have the Long cross-line on the E's, so It's not a 3. It's too late a date and rounded chin to be an Obv 2, so it has to be a 4. You can tell a 4 from a quick glance at the portrait, as Vicky didn't like it. People, then and now, call it the "mumps" portrait. They look like fat cheeks. They only made 2's til '92, 3's 90-92, and 3's from '92 on.
