Here's pictures of a coin received recently by email by a visitor of coinsandcanada. I don't know the exact weight and size in mm. Any thoughts?

The only thing I can think of is that it is a "Texas Coin" although I have never seen one made
from a Canadian Nickle. If you could get the exact weight, this may confirm it.
