1951 canadian coin.. opinins?

wondering if this is the lower relief, high.. or just another 1951 5cent coin for the collection.. i've not developed a skill for this just yet. if better pictures are needed i can do so. any and all input is welcome. thank you.

That's a low relief the A in gratia points between the denticle where as the high relief the A would point directly at it.
