1975 Double struck reverse??

I just found this 1975 coin that seems to have a potential second strike on the rim of the reverse? Could this be possible? Thanks for your thoughts. Photos 4 & 5 is what the obverse looks like in the same spot.

Looks like someone has tried to create an error coin.
Not Double Struck but intentional damage.

Yep someone was experimenting at home or in the shop.
