The mint does not release figures on different varieties.
The number minted would be included in the overall mintage of 2,650,000.

Third party graders keep track of population of Mint State coins. That’s what dictates the valve.

Supply and demand dictate value.
There is not always a correlation between rarity and value.
Some scarce varieties bring very little premium.
Besides PCGS and NGC don't list or attribute this variety.

That is so not true. The difference between a ms-64 and a ms-65 can jump hundreds of dollars because of population.
Comics are the same. A grade 9.6 comic can be $100 but a 9.8 can be $1000. Supply and demand have a factor but the price point starts with population
