1967 dd reverse question

Hi everyone
My apologies but I am new to coins and have a few questions. I have a 1967 Canadian Nickel which is what appears to be double died..my question is that I find no record of this being the case. First question is this a double die? If so how does one get this certified and how does one put a value on something where there is no record to compare to.
