Not what I would call an error, more of a die event. Anytime you increase the size of a coin that much, you can almost always find some minor anomoly. Don't forget coins are produced at high speed for production and not for quality.
Do away with the microscope and get a loupe. If you can't see anything abnormal, then it's not worth noting.
Even TPG's only use a loupe when checking coins for errors. If they can't see anything resembling an error at that time, then it's not noted on the description.
If you want to educate yourself on what a true error is, go to a site like error-ref.com and see what an error worth noting looks like.
