I was going through a sealed mint box of 2021 quarters and saw a couple things I thought could be considered for the "2021 Die Errors and Varieties" coin section of this website. I called it Frosted Hair for the "accumulations" on the Queen's hair.

With it being so reflective and shiny, I thought that someone had lacquered it. Then another coin got on top of the semi-wet lacquer and left those marks on the wet surface.
