I'm looking for some feedback as to the cause of the numerous "lines" on the obverse of this 2000 Health quarter.
Were they on the planchet before striking? or were they caused by the strike? The third picture shows the I on top of the thickest "line". Also the lines don't go through the Queen's bust?

They look like die polishing lines that weren’t buffed out.
The thicker line might be a dent on the die.
This is not considered an error.

I agree with the die polishing. They didn't clean it up well
