Please explain what you see as an error so that we are not guessing.
All I see is a quarter that has been stained.

I don't have any Charlton that covers that year. Is the coin rotated 90 degrees? I don't know of many Cdn coins with the date(s) at the side and that Canada on the side as well..

The hands should be at the bottom and the bird horizontal for proper alignment.

its about black round marking , I try cleaning it wont come off,
also somebody said alignment is not right
what do I do next?

You don’t need to do anything but spend it.
There is no extra value to it. A stain is considered damage and the alignment is OK.

The coin seems aligned correctly if the hands are put in the correct location - for this one the 25 Cents is off to the side. The mark looks like it could have been something that gripped it - a vice of some sort? The coin itself has lots of wear, so it is unlikely that additional value would be added if this was damage from the mint, but it certainly looks like post mint damage.
