are theses worth anything right out of a roll all with die deterioration

Not really worth too much. There were over 34 million minted.
Colonial Acres sells MS63 grades for 85 cents each so unless you
have something that grades MS 66 or better, then that’s what they are worth.

die deterioration brings no premium.
IF all the quarters in the roll are similar to the ones shown, they are spenders.
